Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the OceanVista website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

"OceanVista," "we," "us," and "our" refer to OceanVista Inc. and its subsidiaries. "User," "you," and "your" refer to any individual or entity accessing our platform. "Services" refers to all products, services, and content offered through our website.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings made through OceanVista are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation email with your booking reference number. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance of your cruise fare is due no later than 90 days before the departure date. For bookings made within 90 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations made between 60–90 days before departure are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 30–59 days before departure are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

5. Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of each passenger to ensure they possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any health certificates required for the ports of call. OceanVista is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to inadequate documentation.

6. Health and Safety

Passengers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to travel safely. The cruise line reserves the right to refuse boarding or disembark any passenger whose condition may pose a risk to themselves or others. Passengers are responsible for obtaining any required vaccinations or health screenings.

7. Limitation of Liability

OceanVista acts as an intermediary between you and the cruise line operators. While we strive to ensure accuracy in all listings and descriptions, we are not liable for any changes, cancellations, or modifications made by the cruise line. Our liability is limited to the fees paid directly to OceanVista for our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the OceanVista platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of OceanVista Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
